# Billing on a Specific Day

By default, ActiveNow applies monthly charges on the 1st of each month. If your school bills on a different day, we can enable this option on your account.

## How to set the billing day

Contact ActiveNow support to have the feature enabled on your account. Once activated, go to *Settings* → *General*. In the *Pricing settings* section, a new field called *Day of monthly billings* will appear — set it to the day of the month when charges should be applied to participants.
