Replacing the API Code in Fakturownia

For security reasons, Fakturownia is invalidating all of its customers' API codes on 1 October 2026. To keep issuing invoices through ActiveNow, generate a new code in Fakturownia and paste it into your settings. It only takes a few minutes.

Generating a new API code in Fakturownia

Go to app.fakturownia.pl/login and log in to your account.

After logging in, you'll see a banner at the top of the page about replacing API codes. Click Wygeneruj nowy kod API (Generate a new API code).

Don't see the banner? Open Ustawienia → Ustawienia konta → Integracja (Settings → Account settings → Integration) and click Zobacz ApiTokeny (View API tokens).

Click Dodaj nowy Token (Add new token) in the top left corner. In the token description, enter ActiveNow 29/09/2026 so you can easily tell what it's for, then click Zapisz (Save).

Once the token is created, copy it so you can paste it into ActiveNow.

Pasting the new code into ActiveNow

In ActiveNow, go to Settings → Invoicing.

In the Integration with fakturownia.pl section, click Edit.

In the API authorization token in fakturownia.pl field, delete the old code, paste the new one and click Save.

Don't change the Address in fakturownia.pl field. Your Fakturownia account name stays the same — only the API code changes.

That's it! Your invoices will keep being issued just as before.
