Camp or Event Not Showing in the Sign-Up Form

A camp or event is in the system but isn't appearing in the sign-up form? Check two things.

Is online sign-up enabled?

Open the camp or event details and check whether the Signing up online option is set to Yes. If it's turned off, the camp or event won't appear in the sign-up form — enable it so participants can register.

Has the camp or event already started?

If the start date has already passed, sign-ups are no longer possible — the sign-up form automatically stops showing it. In that case, participants need to be added manually from within the system.
