Participant Profile Information

A participant's profile brings together everything you need to know about a person — their contact details, lesson history, billing, and communication — all in one place.

General

All personal details of the participant and their parent, invoicing data, absence information, the courses they are enrolled in, and their billing history. This tab also includes the Family section, where you'll find all family members of the participant.

Family members are all participants who share the same email address.

Lesson list

A schedule of all the participant's lessons with their specific dates.

Notifications history / E-mail history / SMS history

Three separate tabs where you can review the history of system notifications, emails, and SMS messages sent to this specific participant.

Terms and consents

All terms and consents accepted by the participant during sign-up through the registration form, with the exact date and time of acceptance.

Participant actions

In the top left corner, the Participant actions button lets you quickly:

• register a payment,

• send an email or SMS,

• add to a course,

• send an invitation to ActiveNow.
