# Participant Profile Information

A participant's profile brings together everything you need to know about a person — their contact details, lesson history, billing, and communication — all in one place.

## General

All personal details of the participant and their parent, invoicing data, absence information, the courses they are enrolled in, and their billing history. This tab also includes the ***Family*** section, where you'll find all family members of the participant.

{% hint style="info" %}
Family members are all participants who share the same email address.
{% endhint %}

## Lesson list

A schedule of all the participant's lessons with their specific dates.

## Notifications history / E-mail history / SMS history

Three separate tabs where you can review the history of system notifications, emails, and SMS messages sent to this specific participant.

## Terms and consents

All terms and consents accepted by the participant during sign-up through the registration form, with the exact date and time of acceptance.

## Participant actions

In the top left corner, the ***Participant actions*** button lets you quickly:

* register a payment,
* send an email or SMS,
* add to a course,
* send an invitation to ActiveNow.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.activenow.io/en/client-management/participant-profile.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
