Reminders About Upcoming Make-up Classes

Participants signed up for reclaiming sometimes forget their reserved slot. ActiveNow can send them an automatic reminder.

Enabling reminders

Go to Settings → Communication and switch the toggle next to Reminders about reclaiming to Yes.

Reminders will now be sent automatically to your clients.

Configuring reminders

Click Edit to configure:

• When to send the reminder

  • The day before the class or on the day itself

  • At what time

• The email subject

• The email body — use the following variables, which are replaced with the appropriate value for each recipient (variables do not work in the subject line):

  • {{KLIENT}} — recipient's first name (parent)

  • {{UCZESTNIK}} — participant's full name

  • {{ZAJECIA}} — date and time of the reclaiming class

  • {{MIEJSCE}} — venue of the reclaiming class

  • {{SZKOLA}} — your school's name
