# Buying an Additional SMS Package

Running low on SMS credits? You can easily purchase more from *Settings*. A [linked payment card](/en/settings/linking-a-payment-card.md) is required to buy an SMS package.

## How to buy an SMS package

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
**Select a package**

Choose the package size from the dropdown menu (500 / 1000 / 2000 / 5000 SMS).

Package prices:

* 500 SMS points — 61.50 PLN (gross)
* 1000 SMS points — 123 PLN (gross)
* 2000 SMS points — 246 PLN (gross)
* 5000 SMS points — 615 PLN (gross)
  {% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Purchase the package**

Click *Buy and pay* — the amount will be charged to your card and the SMS points will be credited immediately. The number of purchased and remaining SMS points will appear in the *Additional SMS Points* field.

{% hint style="info" %}
When sending SMS messages, your subscription's included points are used first. Additional purchased points are only used after the included points are exhausted. Purchased points never expire — you can use them at any time.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.activenow.io/en/communication/buying-additional-sms-package.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
