Has a client missed several classes in a row without explanation? ActiveNow can alert you automatically — before they drop out entirely. This gives you a chance to reach out in time and reduce the number of cancellations.
Go to Settings → Communication. Find the High-churn potential clients report section and switch the toggle to Yes.

ActiveNow checks absences from the previous day. When a participant has at least 3 consecutive unreported absences, you receive an automatic email notification — so you can call or message the client to find out what's going on.
