ActiveNow makes it easy to cancel individual course lessons.
To cancel an individual lesson, go to the Calendar, click on the specific lesson, and choose Cancel lesson.
When you have billing for a lesson, the system will display a pop-up window with the following options:
Do not charge for this lesson or
Charge for this lesson
At this stage, we can decide whether the student should pay for these classes or whether we will waive the fee.
