Adjusting the Calendar to School Working Hours

In the calendar and season settings you match the view to your school's opening hours and define the semester dates — new courses will be created with the dates of the current season.

Calendar settings

Go to Settings, then under the General section find Calendar settings.

The opening and closing hours define the time range your school operates. This limits the calendar display to only those hours.

The calendar intervals affect how the calendar looks. If your classes are scheduled in short time blocks, we recommend smaller intervals — for example, every 10 minutes — so that information in the calendar is easier to read.

Season dates

Go to Settings, then under the General section find Season settings. This section lets you define the duration of your semester and any breaks that apply at your school.

To make changes, click the grey pencil icon, update the information, and remember to save.

Season start and Season end are the dates that mark the beginning and end of recurring classes in the semester. These dates are automatically applied when creating new classes. To start a new semester, click Start new season and enter the date range for the new semester.

If a specific group course has different dates from the rest, you can set them separately — directly in that course's settings.

Breaks are periods when classes are not held — during these times, classes disappear from your calendar. You can edit breaks using the pencil icon or delete them using the trash icon.

Changing season dates does not affect existing classes.
