In Admin Panel go to Participants.
Click the button +New on the top, after that you will be redirected to a new client panel where you can edit:
- First name
- Surname
- Proficiency level
- Date of birth
- Contact via parent
After you fill the information click Save.
Remember, that you can also send your client base in excel to us. We will import it for you within a day.
How to invite clients to register in ActiveNow?
ActiveNow will give access for your clients to:
- Payments – online settlement via Stripe
- Canceling classes and absence reporting – when kid can’t attend class
- Reclaiming classes – quick way to sign up for class some other day
How to invite them to use the system? It’s easy!
Go to the Participants section and choose the clients you wanna invite to the system. Then click on Mass action-> Invite to ActiveNow.
Clients will receive an invitation to their e-mails, thanks to which they will be able to register in the system.
