Every school struggles with clients who\u2026 forget about payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help you keep track of these people and the size of their arrears, you can use our report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does it work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every Monday at 12 noon you will receive a list of all your clients who are in arrears for more than a specific amount<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to turn it on?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Settings, Communication<\/em>. In the Automatic Reminders<\/em> section, you will find a Yes \/ No<\/em> slider next to Report with clients with high arrears<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, a figure of 300 is shown next to the slider. Use the pencil button<\/em> to set your own limit above which you want to receive reports.<\/p>\n\n\n
