If you want the school name to appear as the sender of your text messages instead of a random number, you will need to configure the sender field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Settings, Communication. In the SMS Settings section, click change.<\/p>\n\n\n

1. Setting a sender field<\/h3>\n

Enter your proposed name in the field – follow the instructions in the window.<\/p>\n

2. Request verification\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Now you will see that your application has changed the status to: Requested – please wait for confirmation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After receiving your request, we have 24 hours to verify it.<\/p>\n

3. Activation of the name<\/h3>\n

When the notification status changes to Active field (a notification will be shown in the bell in the upper right corner), it means that your name is correct and you can send a text messages with your sender field name.<\/p>\n
