ActiveNow allows you to be fully consistent with the current regulations and collect appropriate consent from participants during sign up.<\/p>\n

Obligatory approvals<\/h3>\n

Your participants, when applying for classes, should probably accept your Terms and Conditions and agree to the processing of personal data. In ActiveNow, you can require this approvals during sign up.<\/p>\n

Go to Settings, Online sign-ups<\/em> and in cklick Edit next to form you want add approvals<\/i>, find Terms and conditions.. You can easily change the content located near the checkboxes and attach a link to the Terms and Conditions or privacy policy.<\/p>\n

Non-obligatory approvals<\/h3>\n

Because of the current regulations, clients must voluntarily agree to the processing of data, e.g. for marketing purposes. With ActiveNow, you can ask them for such permission during sign up without requiring it.<\/p>\n

Making a field with information about consent<\/h3>\n

To make it, create a new field for the client in Settings, General<\/em> in Custom fields settings <\/em>panel. Click the Additional client-related fields<\/em> button and add a field with the consent of the type Yes \/ No. In accordance to current regulations, the consent should be visible to the client and there should be always possibility to edit.<\/p>\n

The field will appear in the registration form. Depending on the client’s choice during registration, the information will be marked or not in client’s profile.<\/p>\n
