With ActiveNow you can also include substitutions of your instructors when needed.<\/p>\n

1. Turn on Instructors substitutions<\/h3>\n

Tu turn of this option go to Settings, General.<\/em> In the Additional functionalities<\/em> section find Instructors substitutions<\/em> and move the slider to Yes.<\/em><\/p>\n

2. Include substitutions in the calendar<\/h3>\n

To mark your instructor’s replacement go to Calendar<\/em>. Choose the class you wanna chage instructor for and click on Manage this class.\u00a0<\/em>In the bottom find the Instructors substitutions<\/em> section and switch the instructors. After that Save<\/em> the changes.<\/p>\n

3. Substitutions will be included in reports<\/h3>\n

Substitutions will be also included in the reports you can later on generate.<\/p>\n

You can also create a report just for substitutions. Go to Reports, Instructors substitutions reports<\/em> and generate report from the time fram you are interested in.<\/p>\n

4. Instructors can also see the substitutions<\/h3>\n

As an instructor you can also see the substitutions. After logging in to your instructor panel, go to Substitutions.<\/em><\/p>\n
