# Wiadomość e-mail nie dotarła do uczestnika

Uczestnik twierdzi, że nie dostał e-maila? Przyczyna zależy od tego, co widać przy adresie mailowym i jaki jest status wiadomości w historii komunikacji.

## Przy adresie mailowym widnieje czerwony wykrzyknik

Czerwony wykrzyknik przy adresie oznacza, że adres e-mail nie istnieje — wiadomość nie mogła zostać dostarczona, bo skrzynka o takim adresie nie ma. Upewnij się z uczestnikiem, że podał prawidłowy adres mailowy, popraw go w profilu i wyślij wiadomość ponownie.

## Brak wykrzyknika, status wiadomości: Niedostarczona

Jeśli przy adresie nie ma wykrzyknika, ale status wiadomości to ***Niedostarczona***, oznacza to, że skrzynka mailowa uczestnika jest pełna — wiadomość dotarła do serwera odbiorcy, ale nie miała gdzie się zapisać. Poinformuj uczestnika, żeby zwolnił miejsce w skrzynce.

## Brak wykrzyknika, status wiadomości: Dostarczona

Jeśli status to ***Dostarczona***, wiadomość dotarła na serwer odbiorcy. Jeśli uczestnik jej nie widzi, poproś go, żeby:

* poszukał wiadomości po adresie nadawcy: **<hello@activenow.io>**
* sprawdził folder spam
