# Powiadomienia o uczestnikach z największymi zaległościami

Każda szkoła zmaga się z klientami, którzy o płatnościach… zapominają.

Aby łatwiej kontrolować takie osoby oraz wielkość ich zaległości, możesz skorzystać z naszego raportu.

## Jak działa raport klientów z zaległymi płatnościami

Co poniedziałek o godzinie 12.00 otrzymasz listę wszystkich Twoich klientów, którzy mają **zaległość przekraczającą konkretną kwotę.**

Pozwoli Ci to szybko namierzyć szczególne przypadki osób z dużymi zaległościami.

## Jak włączyć raport klientów z zaległościami

Przejdź do zakładki *Ustawienia -> Komunikacja.* W sekcji *Informacje dla szkoły* znajdziesz suwak *Tak / Nie* obok *Raportu klientów z zaległymi płatnościami.*

Dodatkowo obok suwaka jest podana kwota 300zł. Skorzystaj z przycisku *ołówka*, by ustalić swój własny limit powyżej którego chcesz otrzymywać raporty.
