# Naliczanie dodatkowej opłaty uczestnikom

Czasami może się zdarzyć, że chcesz doliczyć klientowi dodatkową, jednorazową opłatę – np. za podręczniki lub sprzęt sportowy. W ActiveNow możesz zrobić to na dwa sposoby: **indywidualnie** lub **masowo**, dla wielu uczestników jednocześnie.

## Jak dodać opłatę indywidualnie?

Jeśli chcesz doliczyć opłatę tylko jednemu uczestnikowi:

**Wybierz uczestnika, któremu chcesz doliczyć opłatę.**

**W sekcji *****Rozliczenia***** kliknij przycisk *****Dodatkowa opłata*****.**

**Wpisz:**

* **Kwotę**.
* **Komentarz** – np. „Zakup podręcznika do angielskiego”.
* **Datę**, za którą ma być naliczona opłata.

Opłata zostanie doliczona do bilansu uczestnika i będzie widoczna w jego panelu klienta.

## Jak dodać opłatę masowo?

Możesz też wystawić taką samą opłatę kilku uczestnikom naraz – oszczędzając czas:
