# Dodawanie kont recepcjonistów
Masz sekretariat lub recepcję, która obsługuje zapisy i kontakt z klientami? W ActiveNow możesz założyć oddzielne konta recepcjonistów — z własnym loginem i spersonalizowanymi uprawnieniami. Recepcja zyskuje dostęp do systemu bez wglądu w dane finansowe czy ustawienia szkoły.
## Włączenie modułu recepcji
Wejdź w *Ustawienia → Ogólne* — na dole znajdziesz sekcję *Dodatkowe funkcjonalności*. W sekcji *Ustawienia dodatkowe* przesuń suwak na *Tak* przy opcji *Czy w pracy pomaga Ci sekretariat?*.
## Dodaj recepcjonistów
Po uruchomieniu tej opcji, przejdź do zakładki *Użytkownicy*. Pojawi się tam sekcja *Konta recepcjonistów*.
Po kliknięciu *Dodaj* pojawi się nowe okienko, w którym możesz wpisać imię i nazwisko, adres mailowy, a także nadać uprawnienia dla tej konkretnej osoby.
Na podany adres mailowy zostanie wysłane zaproszenie do rejestracji w ActiveNow. Po rejestracji recepcjoniści będą mieli dostęp do własnego panelu.
