By default, monthly payments in the ActiveNow system are calculated on the 1st day of the month. If it works differently in your school (e.g. by the 1st day of the month, customers should be settled with you) – you can change your billing settings.
To do this – contact your Advisor and they will activate this feature for you.
Then go to the Settings, General. In the Pricing Settings section, you’ll see an additional Day of monthly billing fields field that you can configure.
