When signing a contract with your clients, do you set custom schedule for them? Maybe they pay in different installments depending on the month?
You can include it in the system!
How to do it?
When creating new classes or editing the existing ones, you can enter all the information in the Pricing section. Select from the list using custom schedule. Then add a payment and enter the dates and designated amounts.
What if one of the participants has a different type of custom schedule?
Go to Edit classes, in the Participants section, select Change price for a specific participant. All default payments for the group will appear – you can change them, delete them or add new ones.
Where can I check the custom schedules?
Both for the entire group and for individual participants, you can check the schedules in Group details.
IMPORTANT: Remember to update payment schedule if:
- You move the participant to another group,
- You signed out a participant from the group,
- The participant enrolls in classes during the semester.
