The client reported the absence and would like to arrange a date for making up for these classes with you? The simplest solution is to find a suitable date in the Customer Panel.
IF you want to suggest date by your own you may also send her or him an e-mail with dates. Select the participant you want to offer classes to reclaim in Participants, find the Reclaiming section, click Suggested dates for reclaiming and then Suggest dates.
