ActiveNow does not work – what should I do?

If errors occur during your use of the system or something does not work, for example:

  • Calendar does not display
  • You cannot create classes / events in the system
  • SMS cannot be sent
  • Buttons do not work

you should check first:

Web browser

The browser you are using may not be updated to the latest version. A simple update should help.

We also advise against using Internet Explorer.
