Every automatic e-mail from ActiveNow to the client can be customized by you.
Customizing e-mails
In order to edit e-mail to your clients go to Settings, Communication and click Edit next to the field you wish to edit.
E-mails suiting your school
In each e-mail you can change specific information such as: client’s name, school’s name or date of the class.
Editing those information you can change in edition of specific message where you have to copy the correct code.
The codes you can use will show up on the left side of the message.
