Do you have a receptionist? ActiveNow will allow you to easily give them access to selected parts of the system.
For example, you can let them add new clients and assign them to groups, but block the ability to create new groups and check reports. The choice belongs to you.
Turning on front-desk panel
Go to Settings, General and in Additional functionalities section move the bar to Yes next to Reception panel.
Adding receptionists
Go to Settings, User permissions, Receptionist accounts and click Add and enter the name and email of the receptionist, press Add button. An invitation to register in ActiveNow will be send to email address (just like when you invite participants or instructors).
After registration to the system, the receptionists will have access to their own panel – similar to your (admin panel), but limited to the features you choose

In the Reception permissions panel choose what your receptionists can do.
