In ActiveNow, payments are billed automatically and you will receive an invoice by e-mail. Thanks to this, you do not have to remember to pay each month. To add the card, all you need to do is go to the Settings, Subscription tab. Then click on Add card.
In the window that appears, fill in the necessary information and select Add a credit card.
What is the CVV/CCV Code? This is the 3-digit code on the back of your card.
The card could not be added. What’s next?
If an error occurs while adding a card, it may be due to:
- Incorrectly entered information,
- Online payments not configured or transaction limits are not set,
- There are no funds in the account.
Contact your bank in those cases.
To receive an invoice for using the ActiveNow system, please also complete the data by clicking the Edit button and complete the necessary information.
In the Subscription tab, at any time, you can also check such things as: the number of active customers, the selected premium plan, or the expiry date and date of the next payment.
