ActiveNow will let your clients:
- Payments – online settlement through Stripe
- Reporting absences – when a child cannot attend classes
- Making up classes – quick and efficient search for available dates
How to invite them to use the system? It’s simple!
All you need to do is to select the clients you are interested in, or all of them, after going to the Participants. Then select Mass action-> Invite to ActiveNow
Participants at this point will receive an email invitation to register with the system.
