Where to find pending sign ups?
You can find a list of pending sign ups by going to Participants and then on the right hand side Pending sign ups.
How to confirm or reject participant?
You can find buttons for confirmation or rejection on the right hand side on the pending list.
How to edit confirmation or rejection e-mail to participants?
You can edit this messages in two different ways in our system.
The first one is editing the message directly during confirmation or rejection on the list of pending participants.
It differs from the second, that it is a one-time editing of a message to a specific recipient. You can do this as follows:
If you want to have the same messages every time, go to Settings, Communication and from there, edit the messages in the E-mail Content sections.
