After the start of the class, however, one of your participants wants to change the group? You can now do it easily via ActiveNow!
1. From the Participants tab
Go to the Participants tab and select a specific client. After entering his profile, find the section Regular classes. On the right side you will find the Change group button.
Select the group from which you want to move him, then when a new window opens, select the date on which it should be moved and the group to which he will be moved.
2. From the profile of a specific Group
Select the classes you are interested in from the Calendar or the Groups. Then, in the group details, go to the Participants section. Select the person you want to move.
After the new window opens, select the date on which it will be moved and the group to which it will be moved (as above).
IMPORTANT: The participant will be moved from the old group a day earlier than the date entered by you and will be added to the new one from the entered date.
