ActiveNow is not only managing classes during the school year. With us you will be able to also gain new clients for camps and easily manage them.
Managing camps
To create new camp go to Camps and click the button +Add.
Beside general data about the camp, you can also choose way of payment.
In Price panel you can define:
- First instalment- will be billed at the time of enrolment. During online registration, this amount will be required in order to book a space;
- Second instalment- the remaining amount which will be billed as a second instalment to all participants on the selected day.
Sign ups for camp
Thanks to ActiveNow you can add a sign up form for the camp on your website and easily manage the pending registrations.
Go to the Settings, Online sign-ups and in Camps form you have a code to copy under Place on webiste button to put it in the appropriate place on the page.
If you synchronized payments with Stripe, you can also require from the clients payment during sign up.
Displaying information about camp in the form
If you want the client to receive more information about the camp in the form, you can Edit displayed camp information.
You can also set the order of fields on the form by pressing three bars on the left.
