By default, the ActiveNow system assumes three levels of proficiency of participants: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. However, if your school uses a different terminology or you categorize participants from a different angle (e.g. age groups) – this can be changed. 🙂
How to do it?
Go to the Settings, General. In the Proficiencies section, select Edit.
Here you can change the names, add new proficiencies, delete them, or change their order.
Click Save when finished.
NOTE: you can remove proficiency at any time, keeping the groups previously assigned to it. However, when creating new groups it will no longer be visible.
