Managing sign up form
In the Edit > Fields completed by clients you can choose what information you want in the sign up form. We advice to not require too many information.
You can also set the order of fields on the form by pressing three bars on the left.
Agreements
You can also add different checkboxes to your sign up form, e.g. Terms and Conditions. More information: HERE
Payment on entries
During sign up you can require payment of entries, that way you can be sure they will show up for the class.
You can do it in two different ways:
1. Ask for the full fee for the class
The customer will have to pay as much as the first payment in a given group (depending on the chosen method of settlement- it can be the price of one class, month, installment or full payment).
All you have to do is tick checkbox in Payments during online sign up.
2. Ask for the prepayment
If you want the customer to pay a prepayment amount, tick checkbox Flat prepayment amount and enter the amount of payment (this amount will apply for all groups).
Displaying information about class in the form
If you want the client to receive more information about the class in the form, you can edit Displayed group information.
You can also set the order of fields on the form by pressing three bars on the left.
