Sign up form

Thanks to ActiveNow you can now easily add the sign up form to your website.

Go to Settings, Online sign-ups

Managing sign up form

In the Edit > Fields completed by clients you can choose what information you want in the sign up form. We advice to not require too many information.

You can also set the order of fields on the form by pressing three bars on the left.

Agreements

You can also add different checkboxes to your sign up form, e.g. Terms and Conditions. More information: HERE

Payment on entries

During sign up you can require payment of entries, that way you can be sure they will show up for the class.

You can do it in two different ways:

1. Ask for the full fee for the class

The customer will have to pay as much as the first payment in a given group (depending on the chosen method of settlement- it can be the price of one class, month, installment or full payment).

All you have to do is tick checkbox in Payments during online sign up.

2. Ask for the prepayment

If you want the customer to pay a prepayment amount, tick checkbox Flat prepayment amount and enter the amount of payment (this amount will apply for all groups).

Displaying information about class in the form

If you want the client to receive more information about the class in the form, you can edit Displayed group information.

You can also set the order of fields on the form by pressing three bars on the left.

Placing sign up form on the website

If you have already finished editing the form and want to post it on your website, copy the code under the Place on website button and place it in the appropriate place on the page.
